HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER

We seek a dynamic and experienced Project Manager of Team Building and Corporate Training to join Mzone Training PH. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of team building and corporate training programs for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Work closely with clients to understand their team building and training needs and develop customized programs to meet those needs.
  2. Plan and manage all team building and training project aspects, including scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and vendor management.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of team building and training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in team building and corporate training.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, education, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a project manager of team building and corporate training programs.
  3. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  8. A passion for team building and corporate training.
