HIRING: TEAM BUILDING FACILITATOR

We seek a skilled and enthusiastic Team Building Facilitator to join our growing team! As a facilitator, you will be crucial in creating a positive and productive work environment by organizing and leading team building activities and events in all kinds of industries and cultures. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  1. Design and facilitate team building programs and activities that promote team cohesion, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Work with teams to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to address team dynamics and enhance team performance.
  4. Collaborate with managers to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of team building activities and provide feedback to management.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest team building techniques and industry trends.


REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field, but a background in psychology, business, communication, and education is advantageous.
  2. Proven experience as a team building facilitator or similar role.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights as needed.
  7. A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
