The Founder of Mzone Training PH was a full-time academic teacher who shifted into entrepreneurship in 2011. His passion for teaching did not stop after he crossed over from his academic work as a teacher into a new world of adult learning facilitation, training, and talent development industry.

In 2012, our Founding President, Marlon Molmisa, registered "Mzone Training Services" as a formal business under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Mzone’s first office was in a small living room of the Molmisa Residence in Pasig City, Philippines, with a small capital of less than Ph3,000. 

The first office of Mzone Training was in the sala (living room) of Molmisa's old house in Pasig. With an old table, a slow-moving laptop, and a low-tech mobile phone, Marlon began serving schools and universities as his first clients.

The first clients were schools and universities that trusted Marlon in his ability to equip a team and add value to people. Since 2015, Mzone Training has empowered its advocacy to develop homegrown speakers and trainers now serving multinational companies.

Since 2017, Mzone Training PH has started to receive corporate clients, including local and multi-national companies. The company was invited by corporate and government clients to equip their people's soft skills (some experts call them "essential skills" such as leadership, management, communication, and more). Since then, Mzone Training PH has become unstoppable. It reached a 121% increase in sales in 2019 compared to the previous calendar year. 

Year and year after, the client list grew from schools and NGOs to the corporate level. Mzone Training has successfully provided memorable learning experiences to multi-cultural, multi-level, and multi-generational organizations. 

During the pandemic, Mzone Training PH rapidly shifted online and firmly stayed in the industry. In 2021, our Founding President proudly announced that Mzone Training PH is getting bigger by launching the Azcend Leadership & Consulting Corporation (Azcend Leadership), where he would sit as Chairman and CEO. 

In 2022, Mzone Training and Azcend Leadership formalized its partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) stating that all homegrown speakers and trainers of Mzone Training, as well as all training projects, will be endorsed to handle by the Azcend Leadership except the team buildings and personal talks and training projects of Mzone Training PH Founder Marlon Molmisa. 

This 2023, Mzone Training will formally join the Azcend Group, a network of businesses that aim to create strong management accountability among its members. For the next coming years, we strive to exceed our client's expectations by providing exceptional customer service, personalized attention, and measurable results that drive success.
