MZONE TRAINING PHILIPPINES is a learning and talent development firm that provides inspirational, informative, and interactive learning experiences such as soft-skills workshops, team building, corporate training, keynote talks, and books to every organization, every culture, every nation, and every generation.

The Founder of Mzone Training used to be a licensed professional teacher who shifted into entrepreneurship in 2011. His life purpose and passion in teaching did not stop after he resigned from his work as an academic teacher and learned about the training and talent development industry.

In 2012, our Founding President Marlon Molmisa, with Php1,500 in his pocket, registered Mzone Training Services as a legal business under Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The other resources used for business registration of Mzone Training were funded by his friends and family members. Mzone Training’s first office was in a small living room of the Molmisa’s residence in Pasig City, Philippines.

The first clients were schools and universities that are within Marlon’s networks. Mzone Training has empowered its advocacy to develop homegrown ordinary speakers and eventually helped the company build solid trust among its clientele.

Year and year after, clients list grew its numbers from schools, NGOs to corporate level. Currently, Mzone Training Philippines has been successful in providing memorable learning experiences to multi-cultural, multi-level and multi-generational organizations.

The story is not yet finished. We will continue our journey.
